The Hanes Park Classic features a professional bike race and a day full of bike races for all ages and abilities, including a kids bike race, family fun run, Family 5K run and a community fun ride |

In 2007, thousands of spectators and over 800 riders participated in the event. |

In addition to bike races, there are exciting activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a CycleSafe.org Kids Bike Rodeo, a Family 1-Mile Fun Run, The Hanes Park Classic 5K Run and a Kids Zone. |
